This role focuses on generating measurable business outcomes by optimizing paid media campaigns, improving conversion performance across websites and landing pages, and overseeing media efficiency planning across multiple channels.Background on Amazon Global Selling: Amazon Global Selling helps businesses around the world build global brands by selling on Amazon's global marketplaces. With a physical presence in 23 countries and third-party sellers from over 130 countries, Amazon Global Selling enables sellers to reach hundreds of millions of active Amazon customers worldwide, including Prime customers and institutional buyers across the U.S., Europe, Japan, Australia, Singapore, and India.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute performance-driven lead generation campaigns across paid, owned, and organic media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Naver, Kakao, etc.) to drive qualified seller registrations on Amazon Global Selling Korea's Website (user acquisition)Own end-to-end optimization of the traffic-to-registration funnel, managing key metrics such as CPL/CPA, conversion rate, and downstream seller activationLead website and landing page enhancements focused on conversion optimization, including CTA, form flow, copy, and page structureDesign and produce high-performing ad creatives optimized for each channel and audience segment to maximize engagement and conversionOversee media efficiency planning and performance tracking across multiple channels to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROIDesign and execute A/B tests to improve lead volumes, quality, cost efficiency and registration-to-launch conversion ratesBuild and manage marketing attribution models to evaluate channel performanceOperate and scale campaigns using marketing automation and performance marketing toolsCollaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive data-informed growth initiativesA Day in the LifeReviewing performance dashboards to identify optimization opportunities and adjusting bids, targeting, and creativesDesigning and analyzing A/B tests for landing pages and messagingPreparing monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insightsTesting new channels, formats, and marketing technologiesPartnering with worldwide marketing managers and business stakeholders to implement performance-driven improvementsAbout the TeamWe are a diverse workforce – our people bring many different experiences to our mission and many different types of leaders succeed here.
