TikTok’s Agency Partnership Managers build long-term relationships with top agencies and brands across Europe, educating and empowering them to unlock commercial opportunities on the platform. Our innovative, high-impact advertising products create native experiences for users and strong connections for brands.TikTok Italy is seeking an experienced Agency Partnership Manager to expand and lead partnerships with some of the country’s top media agencies. In this role, you will deliver best-in-class collaboration through thought leadership and education, driving adoption of TikTok’s advertising solutions and positioning TikTok as a strategic partner.This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of identifying incremental opportunities, turning insights into action, and proactively unlocking new areas of growth for agencies and advertisers.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow a portfolio of top media agencies through product adoption and scaled solutionsExecute strategic account plans aimed at driving significant investment growthShape and strengthen TikTok’s external narrative in the Italian marketCreate, test, and scale local initiatives to educate and inspire agency stakeholders, positioning TikTok’s product suite as a leading business-driving platformIdentify new business opportunities for agencies to partner with TikTok and generate incremental revenue streamsCollaborate cross-functionally to improve products, processes, and client relationshipsTrack and analyse revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify areas for growthMeet and exceed revenue targetsMinimum qualificationsExperience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or roles involving agency-facing strategy and consultingStrong consultative sales and / or marketing skills, with solid understanding of the agency landscapeDemonstrated track record of proactively identifying, creating, and closing new business opportunitiesHigh oral and / or written fluency in Italian and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders / vendors across Italy, reflecting the nature of the markets this position coversPreferred qualificationsEntrepreneurial mindset : resourceful, self-driven, and able to generate incremental growth beyond standard targetsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and strategize based on business opportunitiesDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goalsProven ability to advise and influence senior-level executives and clients
