Offerta
Il/la Candidato/a ricercato/a, riportando direttamente alla Direzione Commerciale,
sarà responsabile della promozione del brand in Italia, principalmente per il mercato residenziale. Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Gestire le relazioni tra l'azienda ed i distributori già presenti in Italia;
- Creare una solida rete di distributori/partner su tutto il territorio nazionale ed amplificare l'efficacia delle iniziative di marketing dell'azienda per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita condivisi;
- Condividere informazioni sul mercato di riferimento e strategie con Headquarter, analizzare ed ottimizzare il processo di vendita per migliorare in modo costante le performance.
Competenze ed esperienza
Il/la Candidato/a ideale ha maturato almeno 5/10 anni di esperienza nel settore degli elettrodomestici e conosce le logiche della distribuzione e i rivenditori su tutto il territorio nazionale. Ha lavorato in contesti multinazionali e gestito relazioni con team multiculturali dislocati in differenti paesi ed è abituato a lavorare in autonomia. Non è prevista la gestione di risorse. È necessaria la conoscenza della lingua inglese per il costante confronto con la sede dell'azienda.

La proposta retributiva sarà valutata sulle reali competenze del/della Candidato/a scelto/a. Si offre contratto diretto con azienda di 12 mesi rinnovabili annualmente.
