Role OverviewBuild, test and deploy AI agents on the Wonderful platform for enterprise customers Write and design prompts, and implement functions that guide AI agents across voice, chat, and email. Collaborate closely with Account / Program Management teams and enterprise customers to understand customer needs and existing workflows – and turn them into scalable AI solutions. Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools in TypeScript so they can execute real‑world tasks end‑to‑end. Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.Requirements2‑6 years of software development experience (ideally backend). Strong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms. Ability to learn complex customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions.
