Were looking for a Growth Manager specialising in Customer Relation Management (CRM)and lifecycle management to help scale our social discovery app. In this role you will support the General Manager and Head of Growth and work closely with the crossfunctional product team to plan design and execute campaigns across various user segments. You will be responsible for defining our CRM strategy developing growth tactics and conducting experiments to boost subscription and inapp purchase growth underpinned by our virtual economy. We have a strong culture of datadriven decisionmaking so you need to demonstrate a deep passion for data.
The perfect fit for this role is someone whos practically a pro at diving into data to define user segments designing visually appealing campaigns and developing growth tactics that are both innovative and effective.
What youll be doing- Manage the endtoend delivery process from planning to building and delivering CRM campaigns (specifically email inapp and push notifications).
- Define concepts design CRM campaignsand coordinate the creative content design of the associated material in text and images.
- Bring a testandlearn datadriven approach to CRM executing a plan based on lifecycle user value and more.
- Define and analyse user segments and create custom optimisation plans getting the right message to the right user at the right time.
- Collaborate with the Experimentation Lead on measurement experimentation and analysis.
- Advise on how to leverage user data for sophisticated campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the product team to improve the customer experience in the store as well as personalisation and dynamic communications.
- Support in developing innovative monetisation concepts and gamification mechanics that significantly contribute to the increase in LTV.
- Strengthen our experimentation culture and promote best practices for datadriven decisionmaking at our app.
- Youve extensive experience as a Growth Manager ora CRM Manager focusingon customer relationship marketing and lifecycle management.
- You love to design campaigns conceptually implement them operationally and develop them further.
- You always take an analytical approach to understanding user behaviour and planning around datadriven insights.
- You have solid experience in A/B testing in any digital marketing channel.
- You know your way around marketing automation tools like Braze Leanplum MoEngage or Iterable for planning and launching campaigns.
- You have a high attention to detail and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- You are an expert in working with metrics and can hold your own with the data to back you up.
- Youve worked at scale with millions of users to grow retention and monetisation.
- You can work and communicate effectively with diverse people and working styles to get stuff done and thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence the people you work with.
- If youve worked on online dating social discovery community or entertainment products but its not essential.
- You have worked on conversation rate optimisation (CRO).
- You have experience with copywriting for marketing or sales communications.
- You have worked with design tools such as Figma.

- Growth Challenge: Demonstrate your abilities with a focus on CRM strategies designing campaigns and analysing results(1 hour)
