Posizione Per il nuovo ROMEO Hotel Roma siamo alla ricerca di un SOUS CHEF che, in riporto all'executive Chef, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: * Supportare lo Chef Executive nella pianificazione e organizzazione del servizio di cucina. * Supervisione e coordinamento delle attività della brigata di cucina durante tutte le fasi del servizio * Redigere report mensili interfacciandosi con lo Chef * Garantire il rispetto delle normative HACCP e degli standard di sicurezza e igiene * Gestire ordini e forniture in collaborazione con l'Head Chef. * Organizzare i turni di lavoro e la rota settimanale della brigata Requisiti * Esperienza pregressa nel medesimo ruolo ed in contesti analoghi; * Ottime competenze in leadership, organizzazione e problem solving * Esperienza nella gestione del food cost * Disponibilità a lavorare su turni; Altre informazioni La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) e risponde a quanto previsto in tema di parità di trattamento tra le persone indipendentemente dalla razza e dall'origine etnica (ai d. lgs. 215/03), 216/03 by helplavoro.it
