This role combines technical support, post-sales consulting, technical training, and close collaboration with the sales team—becoming a true technical point of reference both internally and externally. About the Role Professional Requirements: Several years of experience in a technical service or similar role Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory) Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical applications Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel (up to 25%, domestic and international) Team player with the ability to work well under pressure Qualifications Reliability and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability Strong analytical and synthesis skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset Comfortable in multicultural environments Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site (installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing) Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting on security systems Deliver technical training (pre- and post-sales), both in-person and online Offer technical support to internal sales teams (Italy and abroad) Analyze technical specifications and international project tenders Participate in trade shows, seminars, and technical events in support of the sales department Work closely with R&D and Technical Marketing departments Role Objectives Provide comprehensive technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle Support the commercial team with technical expertise during promotional and negotiation phases Act as a technical ambassador for CIAS in both national and international markets What We Offer Performance-based incentives (e.g. bonuses based on Service revenue) Supplementary health insurance (Fasi Open) Ongoing technical and soft skills training programs Hybrid work model, depending on operational needs Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the security field Involvement in challenging, high-level international projects Professional development and career growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment
