Adecco Consultant Milano City Tourism&Events è alla ricerca di un Junior Sous Chef per conto di un rinomato bistrot a Portofino, situato in una location esclusiva all'interno di un lussuoso hotel.

Il bistrot fa parte di un prestigioso gruppo nel settore della ristorazione di alto livello, noto per la sua impeccabile qualità culinaria e l'attenzione al dettaglio in ogni aspetto dell'esperienza gastronomica offerta.

Responsabilità:
- Collaborare con lo Chef Esecutivo e il Sous Chef nell'ideazione dei menu
- Supervisionare e coordinare le attività del team di cucina per garantire la preparazione e la presentazione impeccabile di ogni piatto.
- Mantenere gli elevati standard di qualità e igiene alimentare
- Efficiente gestione efficiente della cucina, inclusa la supervisione delle scorte, il controllo delle materie prime e il rispetto degli standard di costo.

Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili all'interno di cucine di alto livello, preferibilmente in ristoranti o bistrot di lusso.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche tradizionali di cucina italiane, con un occhio attento per l'innovazione e la creatività culinaria.
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership e comunicazione, con la capacità di motivare e ispirare il team verso gli obiettivi comuni.
- Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di gestire situazioni ad alta pressione e alto volume di lavoro.
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare in orari flessibili, inclusi fine settimana e festività, per garantire la copertura del servizio.
- Diploma o certificato di istruzione culinaria preferito.

Opportunità stagionale da Maggio fino a fine ottobre, con possibilità di inserimento a lungo termine all'interno del gruppo.
