Entra a far parte del Team Reception come Guest Service Agent per un importante Hotel.
Come primo punto di contatto per i nostri ospiti, creerai esperienze memorabili durante l'arrivo, il soggiorno e la partenza.

Le tue responsabilità includono:

  • Essere il volto amico che risponde prontamente alle richieste degli ospiti, fornendo informazioni e assistenza;
  • Gestire le attività di check-in, check-out e altre attività correlate;
  • Gestire in modo efficiente i messaggi e le richieste degli ospiti;
  • Rimanere aggiornato sui servizi dell'hotel, sulle esigenze degli ospiti e sugli eventi speciali;
  • Garantire gli standard della lobby e della reception e la conformità alla sicurezza;
  • Aderendo alle politiche e alle procedure quando si lavora con le apparecchiature davanti alla casa e con i sistemi di gestione della proprietà.
Offriamo contratto Part Time o Full Time.
Si lavora dal Lunedì alla Domenica con 2 giorni di riposo settimanali.

Si richiede flessibilità oraria.Retribuzione e Benefit
  • Compenso: 1.460 € - 1.649 € per mese
Prerequisiti
  • Richiesta buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
