About the location: Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is a luxury resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast, featuring a 222-room hotel and 156 beachfront private residences within a 125-acre coastal village in Old Naples.About the Role: The Assistant Spa Manager supports the daily operations and growth of our luxury full-service Spa, ensuring an outstanding guest and employee experience in line with Four Seasons standards. This role helps manage the team, oversee service areas, maintain cleanliness and compliance standards, and contribute to the financial success and innovation of the Spa.What You Will DoAssist the Spa Director in leading and directing the Spa, Fitness, and Salon departments.Help with recruiting, interviewing, and selecting certified therapists, nail technicians, estheticians, spa receptionists, hair stylists, and attendants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and training requirements.Oversee staff scheduling and manage payroll records in line with budget guidelines.Monitor inventory, purchasing, and retail operations, including performing quarterly inventory checks and creating purchase orders.Work closely with the Spa Director to establish treatment protocols for innovative spa treatments and massage therapies, delivering professional training to ensure compliance with Four Seasons service standards.
