L azienda offre soluzioni su misura supportando sia privati sia aziende, con l'obiettivo di garantire ai Clienti un servizio di qualità, altamente personalizzato; una figura come Project Manager Design & Construction.Il / la Project Manager Design & Construction sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento di tutti i progetti di apertura e ristrutturazione dei centri dell azienda in Italia e del coordinamento a livello internazionale. La risorsa avrà il compito di garantire il rispetto degli standard aziendali, supervisionare l’avanzamento lavori e coordinare il team dedicato.Responsabilità principaliGestire l intero ciclo di vita dei progetti di apertura / relocation / ristrutturazione delle filiali MBE in Italia, dalla fase di concept al completamento, compresi eventuali progetti sull headquarter.Coordinare il design e la standardizzazione architettonica dei centri, garantendo uniformità e qualità.Supportare i team internazionali nella realizzazione di progetti worldwide, fungendo da riferimento tecnico e metodologico.Coordinare fornitori, studi di progettazione, appaltatori e partner locali.Mediare e gestire in maniera efficace le relazioni con i diversi stakeholder : imprenditori / franchisee, referenti interni MBE e tecnici esterni.Monitorare tempi, costi e qualità, assicurando il rispetto dei budget e delle scadenze.Supervisionare, motivare e sviluppare un team interno, favorendone la crescita e lo sviluppo professionale.Contribuire all innovazione dei format retail e all ottimizzazione dei processi di costruzione.Garantire il costante aggiornamento dei manuali relativi al Design & Construction Department.RequisitiLaurea triennale / magistrale.Esperienza consolidata (almeno 5 anni) in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti retail, franchising o multinazionali.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta.Utilizzo avanzato di Excel e Power Point.Competenze di project management con attenzione a costi, tempi e qualità.Disponibilità ad effettuare viste sul territorio, per la valutazione dei progetti.Esperienza nel coordinamento di team multidisciplinari.Capacità di gestire relazioni complesse e mediare tra stakeholder con interessi diversi.Competenze di leadership e capacità di sviluppare e far crescere le persone del team.Spiccate doti di negoziazione, comunicazione e problem solving.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un gruppo internazionale in forte espansione.Opportunità di contribuire in modo diretto alla crescita del network MBE.Ambiente dinamico e multiculturale.Opportunità di formazione e sviluppo all interno del Gruppo, incluso l accesso a una piattaforma di eLearning.Lavoro ibrido (60% in presenza / 40% da remoto).Buoni pasto, piattaforma di wellbeing e piano welfare aziendale.#J-18808-Ljbffr
