Ruolo Pastry Chef (Capo Pasticcere) Responsabilità Progettare, creare e presentare dessert, dolci e prodotti da forno di altissima qualità, in linea con gli standard JW Marriott. Sviluppare menù dessert innovativi e stagionali per ristoranti, banchetti ed eventi speciali. Supervisionare tutte le operazioni del laboratorio di pasticceria, garantendo ordine, igiene e rispetto delle norme HACCP. Gestire, formare e motivare il team di pasticceria, assicurando efficienza e spirito collaborativo. Controllare costi, food cost e approvvigionamenti, assicurandosi dell’utilizzo di ingredienti di alta qualità. Collaborare con l'Executive Chef e con gli altri reparti F&B per creare esperienze gastronomiche memorabili per i nostri ospiti. Curare estetica e gusto di ogni creazione, assicurando una presentazione impeccabile e coerente con l'identità del resort. Garantire un servizio eccellente in occasione di eventi, matrimoni e banchetti di lusso. Requisiti Almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza in pasticceria di alta gamma, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso. Forte creatività, senso estetico e attenzione ai dettagli. Capacità di leadership e gestione del team. Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di pasticceria moderna e tradizionale. Ottime capacità organizzative e problem solving. Attitudine al lavoro in un ambiente dinamico e orientato all’eccellenza.
