Deploy customized platforms, architectures, strategies, and organizations to leverage the digital potential of our customers and drive true innovation with state‑of‑the‑art tools such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.What You’ll DoShape the digital transformation of leading banks and service providers by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide‑ranging IT projects with clients.Manage internal and external teams throughout strategic IT implementation programmes and combine industry and IT know‑how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes.Coordinate teams, organize and lead discussions with top client management, and provide key impetus during the design, assessment, and optimization of IT architectures with a view toward current market developments and trends.What You’ll BringCompleted a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related STEM discipline with above‑average results.At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects in the banking or financial services sector.Experienced project team leader—including on the client side.Efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership are second nature.Familiar with all stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes, with a focus on the financial industry.Know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases.Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English.Who You’ll Work WithWe guarantee constant new development incentives in an open and rewarding work environment.
