Product Owner

Job summary (Short promotional text) PNO Digital is seeking a senior structured and technically minded Product Owner to support the evolution of our internal and client-facing software ecosystem. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders internal users and technical teams gathering requirements shaping product direction and ensuring effective delivery. This is a central role within the organisation requiring strong analytical skills structured thinking and the ability to collaborate across several technical and business units in Rome. Your mission (What are you going to do in text) summarised down below To ensure the continuous advancement and effective use of PNO Digitals software tools by collecting and structuring requirements guiding product development and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful user-centric solutions. You will contribute with new insights help map existing tools and identify opportunities for optimisation. Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets) Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for selected PNO Digital software tools. Gather analyse and translate business requirements into structured user stories and specifications. Prioritise the backlog based on data business value user impact and technical feasibility. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams. Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets) Collaborate closely with technical project managers to design and validate solutions. Monitor product performance usage metrics and user feedback to drive improvements. Coordinate rollouts documentation onboarding and internal adoption initiatives. Identify risks dependencies and constraints to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets) 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital or software environments. Degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Statistics or equivalent experience. Strong analytical mindset and highly structured approach to problem solving. Solid understanding of software development processes APIs integrations and UX principles. Your Profile 2nd part (In max 4 bullets) Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Experience using Agile methods and tools (Jira Azure DevOps Trello). Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements. Available to work 12 days per week onsite in Rome with flexibility according to team needs.
