Responsabilità: Assicurare l’erogazione dei servizi IT verso i clienti, garantendo continuità, qualità e rispetto di SLA. Gestire e coordinare le attività operative legate alla risoluzione dei problemi tecnici, collaborando con i team di help desk, system administration, cloud e sviluppo. Monitorare incidenti, richieste e problemi ricorrenti, definendo piani di miglioramento e azioni preventive. Implementare e ottimizzare processi ITIL. Interfacciarsi con i clienti, raccogliere esigenze, fornire aggiornamenti e proporre evoluzioni dei servizi. Preparare report periodici sulla qualità del servizio e analizzare trend operativi. Supervisionare onboarding e offboarding dei servizi, garantendo transizioni fluide e documentate. Collaborare con la direzione per pianificazione risorse, controllo costi e miglioramento dei livelli di servizio. 1-3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile. Esperienza nella conduzione in autonomia di servizi complessi. Capacità di pianificare e monitorare attività e progetti, garantendo il rispetto delle scadenze e dei requisiti di qualità. Capacità di affrontare e risolvere rapidamente eventuali problematiche che possano emergere nella gestione del servizio. Esperienza nell'ideazione, implementazione, conduzione e miglioramenti di servizi a valore aggiunto basati su SLA e Volumi. Adeguate certificazioni ITIL.
