We are recruiting a consultant to join our Tax Team in Ancona and Bologna , who will be tasked with: Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies; Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.); Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.); Tax compliance. Come As YouAre - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in leading national or international firms and/or consulting companies; Master's degree in business or law; Intention of going into professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer; Excellent knowledge of English ; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ; Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills ; Strong organisational skills , an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities; Flexible and dynamic approach . Candidates with the following will have an advantage: Master's degree in Tax Law .
