Work in Portugal - Customer Operations/Italian Market (Accommodation from Day 1)Join to apply for the Work in Portugal - Customer Operations/Italian Market (Accommodation from Day 1) role at Global People SpherePosition: Operations Customer ExpertLocation: Lisbon, PortugalMarket: Italian-SpeakingYour Main ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and callsHandle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete servicesCall users to speed up case resolution and improve communicationPerform back-office tasks that may involve outbound callsConduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer successMaintain accurate records using CRM toolsAchieve performance goals and respect deadlinesProvide operational feedback and escale cases when neededSalary Package With & Without AccommodationOption 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included)Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,050 / monthIncludes:Base salaryMonthly holiday & Christmas allowancesMeal allowance (7 per working day)Apartment benefit‑in‑kind (200 declared on payslip, tax‑free until 31/12/2026)Health insurance from day onePotential productivity bonus (performance‑based)Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing)Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,379.00 / monthIncludes:Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)Monthly holiday & Christmas allowancesMeal allowanceHealth insurance from day onePotential productivity bonus (performance‑based)Training InformationSchedule: 8 hours/dayTraining content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on‑the‑job practiceTraining allowance: 42.72 per dayPayment is made only if training is fully completedWorking Conditions40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break22 vacation days per yearItalian holidays applyIf you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation dayOffice located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro, bus, train)Why Portugal?
