Ruolo: Quality Advisor Sede: Milano Amaris Consulting è alla ricerca di un/una Quality Advisor con consolidata esperienza nel settore impiantistico, che opererà a supporto dell’RSPP e del QHSE Manager. La risorsa contribuirà al mantenimento e allo sviluppo del Sistema di Gestione Integrato aziendale, assicurando la conformità agli obblighi normativi in materia di Qualità, Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente, nonché agli standard ISO di riferimento. Il ruolo prevede un’interazione costante con i team di progetto, le funzioni aziendali e i cantieri, con responsabilità dirette sulle attività di qualità e QA/QC. 1. Il tuo ruolo In qualità di Quality Advisor , sarai responsabile del supporto operativo e metodologico alla funzione Qualità e QHSE, con particolare riferimento ai progetti impiantistici e alle attività di cantiere. Collaborerai con il QHSE Manager e l’RSPP per garantire l’efficace applicazione delle procedure aziendali, il monitoraggio delle performance qualitative e il rispetto delle normative vigenti e delle certificazioni aziendali. 2. Le tue mansioni Predisposizione, aggiornamento e gestione della documentazione del Sistema di Gestione Integrato (Manuale, procedure, istruzioni operative, moduli, piani qualità, mansionari). Redazione dei Piani della Qualità di Progetto e dei Piani di Controllo Qualità in relazione alle attività di sito e di cantiere impiantistico. Supporto al Responsabile Qualità per il mantenimento e lo sviluppo delle certificazioni aziendali (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, SA8000). Pianificazione, gestione ed esecuzione di audit interni ed esterni , sia in sede sia in cantiere, inclusa la verbalizzazione e il follow-up delle azioni correttive. Gestione, analisi e monitoraggio delle Non Conformità di qualità e delle relative azioni correttive e preventive. Partecipazione ai riesami della direzione e alle riunioni periodiche di avanzamento. Monitoraggio dei KPI di qualità delle diverse funzioni aziendali e dei progetti. Organizzazione ed erogazione di corsi di formazione sulla qualità (preparazione materiali, gestione registri, tracciabilità). 3. I requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Sicurezza e Ambiente o affini) o titolo equivalente. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore impiantistico e/o in contesti di cantiere. Conoscenza approfondita della norma ISO 9001 e dei Sistemi di Gestione per la Qualità. Qualifica di Auditor ISO 9001 . Esperienza nella gestione di audit e nella redazione di documentazione QA/QC. Familiarità con cantieri temporanei e mobili (costruzioni/impiantistica). Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (Excel, SAP, portali di settore). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. 4. Cosa offriamo Contratto a tempo indeterminato oppure collaborazione in Partita IVA , in base al profilo.
