What you will do Drive full-cycle AI use case delivery from opportunity identification to deployment. Act as a functional analyst for Connected Business Planning, focusing on forecasting and scenario planning. Collaborate with global finance and business teams to design solutions that meet user needs and improve processes. Align with model builders and AI delivery teams on solution design and implementation strategy. Develop and manage monthly sprint plans to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery. Support end‑user testing and bug resolution throughout the implementation process. Create and maintain detailed solution documentation. Ensure process transformation and efficiency improvements are embedded in solution design. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or Management‑related fields. Experience delivering AI solutions, preferably in financial planning. Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and FP&A processes. Proven track record in business analysis, process transformation, and solution design. Experience with Anaplan use cases is preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills. Motivated self‑starter with a desire to grow across technologies and business functions. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Mandarin) are a plus.
