Responsibilities Maintain standard rate of production Follow written work instructions and operator inspection sheets to determine production requirements and part specifications Inspect parts for quality defects, such as open weld/part lengths and appearance Monitor production machinery for proper operation; troubleshoot and/or report problems to supervisor Maintain highest standard of quality, housekeeping and safety practices This full‑time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Production Supervisor. Qualifications Willing to work any shift assigned, weekends, and overtime Previous automotive manufacturing experience preferred Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment Working Conditions We'll provide position‑specific details including physical and focused efforts, working environment and conditions, and reasonable accommodations during the interview process.
