Join to apply for the Production Operator I role at Opta GroupPosition Summary The Production Technician Associate will report directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks to assist with operations in production.Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift.Package ******* lb.bags of bulk product via saddle to pallet as well as filling **** lb.super sacks.Clean the warehouse as required.Perform daily maintenance of equipment.Calls specialists when more serious problems occur.Tracks various data associated with production equipment.Reports any inconsistencies and uses standard repair procedures.Work in compliance with company safety and operating procedures.Other duties as assigned.Skills and Experience Previous forklift experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Previous experience in a production/manufacturing setting.Capable of working in a team and independently.Capable of following a production report while working independently.Seniority Level Entry levelEmployment Type Full-timeJob Function Manufacturing and ProductionIndustries Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
