Descrizione The candidate will have full P&L responsibility and will be responsible for the achievement of the strategic and financial objectives.Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Set business strategy, in accordance with the Group strategic direction
• Develop business plan, with comprehensive economic and financial targets, as well as investment plan
• Implement business plan, ensuring excellence in execution
• Actively manage and develop team and talentsExperience and qualifications:
• Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar leadership role with proven experience in Marketing and Sales in a B2C industry
• Sharp business acumen coupled with rigorous analytical and strategic thinking
• Track record in identification of new opportunities for business expansion and profit growthSkills and attitudes:
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Open-minded and fact-based approach combined with relentless focus on results
• Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams and drive change
