We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Campania region and you will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Angiography and Electrophysiology within the designated area.Your role:You will have a customer’s face-to-face relationship.You will ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.You will work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions.You will interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.You will report in a timely manner all potential issues to the dedicated Complaint Unit.Your expertise:At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.Resident in Campania area.Degree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in electronics.Digital Healthcare general knowledge.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Windows, Excel, Word knowledge.Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.Availability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
