As the trusted technology partner for merchants, banks, acquirers, ISVs, payment aggregators and fintech customers our world-class terminals, solutions and services enable the global ecosystem of payments acceptance.Location: EMEA HubDepartment: LogisticsReports to: Warehouse Operations ManagerAbout the roleWe’re looking for an Outbound Specialist to join our Logistics team at the EMEA Hub — a key player in ensuring our products reach clients smoothly and on time.You’ll be at the heart of our outbound operations, coordinating daily shipments, managing logistics partners, and driving continuous improvement to make our supply chain faster, smarter, and more efficient.ResponsibilitiesManage daily shipments and delivery preparations across the EMEA regionCoordinate with our external logistics partners to guarantee seamless operationsOversee customs clearance for non-EU shipmentsCreate and manage deliveries in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellenceCollaborate with cross-functional EMEA teams to maintain client SLAsMonitor and evaluate transport providers to ensure high service qualityAnalyze courier options to select the most efficient and cost-effective solutionsPartner with the Planning team to align on shipment volumes and provide proactive feedbackLead the annual RFQ process for transport supplier selectionVerify courier invoices and resolve any discrepanciesWhat success looks likeYou support Supply Chain projects through data-driven analysis and reportingYou provide actionable insights that improve logistics performanceYou identify and implement process and system enhancements that boost efficiency and reliabilityRequirementsFluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)Strong MS Office skills, especially ExcelProven ability to lead projects and work effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA background in logistics, accounting, or socio-economics — and/or relevant certifications (a plus)As part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
