Bitmetrica è un’agenzia performance-driven specializzata in advertising e crescita di brand e-commerce, DTC e progetti di lead generation.Lavoriamo con clienti che investono budget advertising strutturati (da 10k€/mese in su) e che richiedono decisioni basate sui dati, non approcci improvvisati.Il team è composto da specialisti Ads, figure tecniche e collaboratori, organizzati per competenze e non per gerarchie rigide.L’agenzia lavora full remote, con processi già strutturati, ed è in una fase di crescita in cui stiamo passando da un modello founder-centric a un modello sistemico.Questa posizione nasce esattamente per questo: costruire un livello di controllo e leadership sulla performance che renda il sistema scalabile.Stiamo cercando una figura tecnica, con background Ads solido, che governi la performance dei clienti come sistema.Chi entra in questo ruolo decide su milioni di euro di spesa Ads all’anno.NON cerchiamo un media buyer operativo.Cerchiamo chi analizza, controlla, indirizza e prende decisioni sulla base dei dati.Responsabilità principaliAnalizzare in modo continuativo le piattaforme di advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads,TikTok Ads...)Verificare coerenza tra strategia, dati e risultatiEffettuare check strutturati sugli accountFornire indicazioni tecniche chiare agli specialisti AdsCoordinare priorità e standard di performanceQuesta figura deve supportare decisioni con il team ADS su:marginalitàallocazione budgetL'idea è gestire inizialmente un progetto pilota, con successiva estensione ad altri clienti.Strutturare un metodo di controllo della performanceIn una fase successiva, il ruolo evolverà nella gestione tecnica diretta dei clienti Ads, coordinando la delivery complessiva.Requisiti fondamentali per la posizioneLa figura deve avere queste caratteristiche:Capacità di leggere e interpretare gli account advertisingEsperienza su e-commerce, DTC e lead generationApproccio analitico e orientato ai risultatiCapacità di dare indicazioni tecniche anche non comodeEsperienza in contesti agency (preferenziale)Per essere sicuri ribadiamo che la figura che cerchiamo❌ Non è un ruolo junior❌ Non è un ruolo operativo sulle campagne di ADVModalità di lavoroAffiancamento iniziale strutturato per valutare la persona nel primo mese di lavoroRoma preferenziale, non obbligatorio ma fondamentalmente consigliato inizialmente vedersi spessoCompenso e upsideCollaborazione a Partita IVAOltre al compenso fisso sono previste leve di upside legate ai risultati:Bonus su crescita dei clienti top tierFee variabile legata alla retention del clienteRevenue share su clienti portati o scalatiLa candidatura avviene esclusivamente tramite form di pre-selezione che trovi in questo annuncio.Le candidature inviate senza compilazione del form non verranno considerate.Colleretto Giacosa, Piedmont, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
