IT Analyst - LIMS & eQMSAs an IT Quality Systems Expert, you will play a global role in designing, developing, and maintaining the IT landscape that supports our Quality organization. You act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the effective delivery, support, and continuous improvement of systems supporting Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Regulatory Compliance. You will drive requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system enhancement activities for core Quality applications such as eQMS, LIMS, and CAPA systems, including their integration with the ERP environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead IT activities in Quality system implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and user training.Manage IT project delivery for manufacturing and quality-related applications.Provide expert support for Quality systems, resolving incidents and coordinating changes or updates.Translate business needs from production and quality teams into actionable technical requirements.Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deploy effective solutions aligned with business processes.Maintain strong knowledge of Quality processes and key technologies such as SAP, LIMS, and eQMS.Deliver user training and documentation while supporting continuous system improvement.What We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in a scientific or technology-related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Quality-related IT systems.Experience with Quality applications such as Labware LIMS, eQMS, SAP ERP, and related integrations.Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Quality Management processes, including lean methodologies.Hands-on experience with system integration, data migration, and process optimization.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent English proficiency.Willingness to travel when required and a strong ability to learn new systems and technologies.What We OfferAttractive compensation package that rewards your expertise and impact.Flexible working arrangements with hybrid options to support a healthy work-life balance.Continuous learning and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career.The chance to work with cutting-edge technologies across exciting, fast-evolving industries.A collaborative, high-performing team environment where your ideas and contributions truly make a difference.Ready to join us?
