In addition, a series of strategic partnerships, signed on virtually every continent, support the company in carrying out multidisciplinary engineering, service management, inspection and expediting, recruitment and hiring of local staff.that will ensure that activities related to the discipline of machinery and package engineering within the assigned project are performed efficiently and cost‑effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety/environmental requirements.Engineering Activity Coordination – Experience in the field of water and wastewater process technologiesDevelop the project document list together with the Project Manager at project start‑upEnsure proper coordination among the various engineering disciplines involved (both internal and outsourced), preventing inconsistencies between documentsParticipate in and lead technical meetings with the Customer, involving time by time the necessary project specialistsGuarantee the proper knowledge and application of the project requirements among the engineering team.Planning and AssuranceDevelop detailed engineering project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, in accordance with the general project schedule developed by the Project Manager.Ensure that the engineering activities (preparation, submission, revision of engineering deliverables and tasks) are carried out according to schedule.Monitor and report on the progress and possible deviations of the project.Budget and Resource ManagementDrawing up and monitoring project budgets (internal manhours and outsourced engineering services).Ensuring the efficient use of engineering competencies and capacities, periodically re‑checking the suitability of the project‑assigned resources and escalating to Decision Leaders and HoE in case of resources‑related criticalities.Change ManagementSupport Project Manager in managing contract changes towards Customer, highlighting any potential change opportunity and taking care of the engineering impacts estimation.Quality and Risk ManagementAnalyze and solve technical and organizational problems that arise during project implementation.Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards and procedures within engineering projects.Identify potential risks and develop strategies to manage or mitigate them.Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure that projects meet the required specifications.GeneralEncourage a positive work culture, promote collaboration, communication and a problem‑solving approach within the team.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technical and/or Project Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in an engineering environment.Proven track record in a technical position.CoursesTeam management.SkillsExperience with budget management and cost control.Knowledge of current engineering techniques within the realization of a project.Relevant experience in management.Knowledge of relevant laws, standards and regulations.LanguageEnglish, professional level in word and writing.SoftwareMicrosoft Office.ERP system.Engineering design & review software.Working active in a common data environment.CompetencesOrganize and plan.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Decisive.Proactive.Result‑oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
