Per boutique indipendente specializzata in operazioni straordinarie, valutazioni e soluzioni di finanza strutturata, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di M&A Analyst da inserire all'interno del team.Dettagli sul clienteBoutique indipendente specializzata in operazioni straordinarie, valutazioni e soluzioni di finanza strutturata, con sede a Milano.DescrizioneLa risorsa, inserita all'interno del team, si occuperà di:Analisi finanziaria e valutazione di aziende target (DCF, multipli, comparables)Preparazione di business plan e modelli finanziari complessiSupporto nella redazione di documentazione per operazioni straordinarie (Information Memorandum, Teaser, etc.)Due diligence finanziaria e coordinamento con advisor legali e fiscaliMonitoraggio del mercato e identificazione di opportunità di investimentoPartecipazione alle negoziazioni e gestione delle relazioni con controparti e stakeholderProfilo del CandidatoConseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Finanza o discipline affiniMaturato 2/3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi presso boutique M&A o società di consulenza (team M&A/Transaction Services)Ottima conoscenza di modelli di valutazione e analisi finanziariaCapacità di lavorare con precisione in contesti strutturati e regolamentatiConoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Ottime doti analitiche e orientamento al risultatoOfferta di lavoroContratto a Tempo Indeterminato - CCNL Commercio.Sede di lavoro: Milano.#J-18808-Ljbffr
