Create inspiring and functional home furnishings solutions that improve people’s lives at home. Use the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement strategies that ensure a clear overview and strong visual impact. Recruit, develop and lead your team, fostering growth and collaboration. Contribute to the department action plan and implement range presentation and vitality initiatives that support business growth and long-term profitability. Identify and act on commercial opportunities, helping your team understand how visual merchandising actions influence business results. Ensure that range presentation solutions are implemented with high quality, simplicity and efficiency, applying global guidelines and best practices. You will need to have Education in Visual Merchandising, Interior or Industrial Design, and experience working as a Visual Merchandiser. Ability to inspire, motivate and engage people to achieve goals and drive business growth. A proactive approach to continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and new ideas. A passion for home furnishings and a strong understanding of how people live at home. Knowledge of the IKEA Concept and mechanical sales system. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. Good command of both English and Italian.
