What you'll be doing day to day

• Position IKEA as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
• Create inspiring and functional home furnishing solutions that improve people’s life at home.
• Use the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement strategies that ensure a clear overview and strong visual impact.
• Recruit, develop and lead your team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Contribute to the department action plan and implement range presentation and vitality initiatives that support business growth and long-term profitability.
• Identify and act on commercial opportunities, helping your team understand how visual merchandising actions influence business results.
• Ensure that range presentation solutions are implemented with high quality, simplicity and efficiency, applying global guidelines and best practices.

What you'll need to have

• Education in Visual Merchandising, Interior or Industrial Design, and experience working as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage people to achieve goals and drive business growth.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and new ideas.
• A passion for home furnishing and a strong understanding of how people live at home.
• Knowledge of the IKEA Concept and mechanical sales system.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Good command of both English and Italian.
