From quick bites on the beach to romantic dinners with spectacular views, CoastAL provides both indoor and outdoor seating for a memorable dining experience.The restaurant is seeking passionate, enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive aspiring chefs worldwide who wish to gain a once-in-a-lifetime professional and cultural experience in the United States.ResponsibilitiesPerform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and quality dishes for patrons.Complete all tasks on the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.Prepare food items daily in assigned outlets and other kitchen areas.Provide clean and sanitized dishes to the dining room and kitchen stations, and operate dishwashing equipment.Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.Estimated Monthly BudgetProjected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)Housing costs: $600/monthMeals provided during working hoursJ1 Visa ProgramThis traineeship is part of a J1 visa program designed for young professionals or recent graduates to advance their careers, gain work experience, and enjoy cultural exchange.The total cost for the J1 Visa process and application fees is $1,870, broken down as follows:Final payment upon visa approval: $1,450 (includes $650 for mandatory health insurance)Disclaimer: The first month of housing must be paid in advance by the candidate.
