You will support business leaders in shaping and implementing the people agenda across the Product perimeter, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture, and enabling the function to achieve its business goals through effective people strategies.You will be a key point of reference for leaders and employees, working closely with the People Team Centers of Excellence (Talent, Employer Branding, Organisation Design, People Operations, and Culture) to ensure integrated and impactful HR delivery.What you’ll doAct as a trusted advisor to Product senior leadership, supporting people-related decisions aligned with strategic business objectives.Partner with leaders to define and implement workforce plans, talent pipelines, and organizational capability initiatives.Coach and support managers on employee engagement, team effectiveness, performance, and development.Contribute to labor cost management, organizational design, and role evolutions in close collaboration with Finance and Org Design.Translate feedback, engagement data and listening tools into actionable initiatives to improve the employee experience.Ensure proper implementation of People processes (performance, development, mobility, compensation, etc.) across the Product perimeter.Identify and escalation people risks, ensuring alignment with employment law and internal compliance standards.Collaborate with the wider Flutter SEA People Partnering community to share best practices and drive synergies.Who you’ll bringProven experience (10+ years) in HR Business Partnering roles.Strong ability to influence, challenge and support senior stakeholders with a proactive and data‑driven approach.Deep understanding of workforce planning, performance and talent management, and organizational development.Strong coaching and facilitation skills.Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in fast‑paced, transformation contexts.Fluent in English and Italian.Willingness to occasionally travel across sites.Why choose usPermanent contract with hybrid working.Meal Allowance.Supplemental Health Insurance.The option to join our company share saving scheme.Choose us also forAn inclusive work environment and participate in all our initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion.Well‑Being Support: online meditation courses, medical online service and counselling with the help of certified psychologists and coaches.Learning and Development: access a platform full of training courses, join workshops, conferences.
