What you'll do:

  • Have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities related to employee lifecycle management. In particular you will be the focal point for Sisal Italy functions and you will be responsible for: Onboarding, induction new hires, learning and development activities, salary review, budget and forecast, general people management activities and administrative tasks.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Join the team of People Partnering reporting directly Sisal Italy People Partnering Senior Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards.

  • You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
