Risorse Professional, realtà specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di middle e top management, per prestigiosa società finanziaria specializzata nella gestione di crediti distressed su Roma ricerca un: Restructuring Manager - UTP Top Large All’interno del team UTP Management, la risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione attiva di posizioni complesse (Top Large), con focus su crediti deteriorati verso controparti corporate e gruppi industriali di grandi dimensioni. Analisi approfondita e gestione end-to-end di posizioni UTP Top Large, caratterizzate da esposizioni elevate e strutture articolate (pool bancari, garanzie multiple, debitori strutturati) Redazione e aggiornamento di business plan, modelli finanziari previsionali, simulazioni di recupero e scenari di ristrutturazione Coordinamento dei processi di recovery strategico, con definizione delle linee d’azione: ristrutturazione finanziaria, escussione, cessione o gestione in continuità Partecipazione attiva ai tavoli negoziali con imprenditori, banche, advisor legali e finanziari, tribunali e altri stakeholder istituzionali Monitoraggio delle cascate di pagamento, reporting finanziario evoluto e analisi della performance delle singole posizioni gestite Collaborazione trasversale con altre funzioni interne per l’execution delle strategie concordate Qualifications Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini Almeno 3‑5 anni di esperienza in ambito Restructuring / Debt Advisory / UTP Management, maturata in team Restructuring o Deal Advisory di Big4, Boutique di Corporate Finance specializzate in operazioni distressed, SGR, Servicer o team di gestione UTP in banca (preferibilmente su ticket >15M) Ottima padronanza degli strumenti di analisi finanziaria, valutazione aziendale e simulazione scenariale Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di negoziazione con stakeholder complessi Proattività, autonomia e orientamento al risultato Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata SW 50% Sede di lavoro: Roma #J-18808-Ljbffr
