We create value with impactful decisions by connecting ideas and people and champion an entrepreneurial culture to bring energy to the world.Job DescriptionAs a Steam Turbine and axial expander Flow Path Engineer, you will be responsible for:Leading the design of new flow‑path components from concept to detail: conducting trade‑off analyses, generating 3‑D models and performing basic mechanical and performance analysis of selected solutions.Leading the mechanical integrity and performance assessment of existing and new flow‑path components: analyzing functionality, life and performance of turbine components.Leading the flow‑path design of non‑standard customer projects.Performing FEM and CFD assessment of existing and new flow‑path components.Executing design, analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to company standards.Skills and QualificationsMaster’s degree in mechanical engineering.Familiarity with turbomachinery components.Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Excellent communication and leadership ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.Willingness to acquire new technical knowledge and stay current with emerging technologies.Proficiency with 2‑D/3‑D CAD and finite element analysis tools.Fluency in English and Italian.Work Flexible HoursWe offer flexible working patterns, including flexing the times you work during the day to best fit your schedule and maximize productivity.BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies and well‑being activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs.Additional elective or voluntary benefits.About UsAs a leading partner to the energy industry, we are committed to achieving net‑zero carbon emissions by 2050 and to leading the way in making energy safer, cleaner and more efficient.
