Overview Product Specialist Operations & Supply Chain at Onit. This role involves actively participating in the delivery process and collaborating with the project team in analysis, configuration, training, startup and support to digitalize and optimize client processes. Availability for travel is required (roughly 2-4 days per month, with variable distribution based on project needs), mainly within the country, with opportunities to participate in international projects. Responsibilities Participate in the delivery process, collaborating with the project team during analysis, configuration, training, startup and support. Digitize and optimize client processes in Operations & Supply Chain contexts. Travel as required by project needs (approximately 2-4 days per month, variable by project). Qualifications Technical or scientific degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics). Basic skills in ICT environments and software systems management. English language knowledge. Nice to Have Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL or other relational database management languages. Experience in software development environments or logistics. Experience in using, configuring, and training management software systems. Soft Skills Problem-solving mindset. Interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to learn and collaborate with complex software systems. Customer-focused, responsive, precise, and detail-oriented. What We Offer Smart-working up to three days per week.
