Named Account Executive – CPG Enterprise AccountsJoin Salesforce as a Named Account Executive, driving the entire Customer 360 platform across Consumer Products & Packaging (CPG) Enterprise accounts. We’re looking for Trailblazers passionate about AI, partnership, and customer impact.ResponsibilitiesDevelop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts within CPG Enterprise IndustryDevelop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectivesLead the end‑to‑end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.Territory identification and research, to formalize a go‑to‑market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customersDrive growth within an existing assigned accountRequired QualificationsDegree or equivalent relevant experience, assessed on core competencies (e.g., leadership, military, volunteer, work experience).Strong technology sales experience (5–10 years preferably in Software or Business Applications) selling to cross‑industry segments.Solid sales forecasting skills and revenue achievement in the Italian market.Successful history of net‑new business sales.Consistent over‑achievement of quota and revenue goals.Background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business.Proficient in Italian and English.Preferred QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sales methodology education.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to develop cases and service requirements while crafting and leading strategic alliances.Highly self‑motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
