Director of Strategic Partnerships This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships in Bulgaria. In this role, you will lead the development and scaling of a strategic partner ecosystem across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on data intelligence and governance solutions. You will work at the intersection of business development, technology, and alliances, shaping joint go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth. The position offers high visibility, broad ownership, and close collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams. You will help partners build trusted, data-driven and AI-ready solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. Operating in a fast‑paced, international context, this role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. It is a unique opportunity to influence market presence and revenue through partner‑led initiatives. Accountabilities: Define, recruit, and execute strategic partnerships aligned with the data intelligence and governance vision across EMEA Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationships, effective communication, and timely issue resolution Drive joint solution development and go‑to‑market initiatives that leverage the data intelligence platform and ecosystem Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution Analyze the partner and market landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new alliances Gather customer and partner feedback and translate insights into actionable partnership and product strategies Report regularly on partnership performance, pipeline impact, and strategic progress to senior stakeholders Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA is a plus 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within data management or data intelligence Strong understanding of cloud environments, data management, data integration, analytics, and data security concepts Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems and drive partner‑led revenue growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, results‑driven and entrepreneurial approach Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and experience working in international environments Multilingual profile and willingness to travel at least 25 percent Benefits: Competitive, success‑oriented compensation package Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely Wellness, sport, and meditation app to support physical and mental well‑being Structured buddy onboarding program to support smooth integration High‑quality work equipment to support performance Opportunities to work and travel in an international environment Team events, trade fairs, and on‑site company gatherings Inclusive culture that values diversity, collaboration, and personal growth Why Apply Through Jobgether?
