Senior Specialist ESM IT Global (m/f/x) – Roechling Industrial (Singapore) Pte LtdLocation: Laives (BZ), ItalyEmployment type: Full timeProfessional Level: Professional experiencedDivision: AutomotiveThe Sr. Specialist ESM IT Global operates within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Competence Center of the Röchling Automotive Division, reporting to the ESM IT Global Manager. The role is accountable for driving the design, implementation, and evolution of global ESM solutions across the Automotive Division’s global footprint, harmonizing processes, integrating tools, automating workflows, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across all regions.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions.Develop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives.Oversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management.Collaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts.Design and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals.Serve as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field.ITIL v4 Certification (Managing Professional preferred).Atlassian Confluence Administrator or Atlassian Certified Professional (desirable).5+ years of experience with global ITSM/ESM platforms.Strong knowledge of Service Catalogue, ITIL/ESM processes, and automation.Experience with Confluence and Atlassian tools (Jira, Automation for Jira) and integrations (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, monitoring tools).Skills in dashboarding/reporting (Power BI or similar).English (B2/C1) required; German a plus.What We OfferIndividualized new‑hire training plan, flexible working hours, overtime compensation, working‑time account, opportunity for remote work.Free on‑site parking, company canteen, supplementary pension plan, access to the Corporate Benefits web platform, and discounts with local businesses.Opportunity for professional and personal growth in a fast‑paced environment with challenging objectives.Consistent access to internal and external training programs for personal and organizational development.Certified as a Famiglia&Lavoro Audit‑approved entity by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano.Opportunity to work within a modern, technologically advanced production plant while experiencing the values of an international family‑owned business.It is recommended to indicate any status falling under Law 68/99 when submitting your application.In the Automotive division, you will shape the mobility of tomorrow.
