Guestnet stands for product excellence, speed, and real business impact. To accelerate our growth in Central Europe, we are looking for a Sales Manager Germany to own and scale our German market. Your Role As Sales Manager Germany, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the German hospitality market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy across Germany. This is a hands‑on role with high autonomy and direct impact. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle for the German hospitality market (prospecting → demo → closing) Using Sales Methodology like MEDDIC or BANT method Build and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needs Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing) Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnerships Provide structured feedback from the market to Product & Leadership Represent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetings Identification and research of target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups) Execution of multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) Qualification of inbound leads and scheduling of discovery calls and product demos Maintenance and continuous improvement of CRM data quality (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) Collaboration with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooks Structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions Active contribution to a high‑performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture What You Bring 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or scale‑up Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment Proven experience selling to individual hotels as well as enterprise hotel chains, particularly in the Italian market Strong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build and shape, not just execute Confident navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements Proven track record in closing mid‑market or enterprise customers “Can do” attitude and teamwork Deep understanding of consultative sales and solution selling Self‑driven, hands‑on mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong KPI‑ and target‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Fluent German and English (written and spoken), Italian would be a plus What We Offer A key role in scaling a fast‑growing SaaS company in hospitality High degree of autonomy and trust Direct impact on product and go‑to‑market decisions Competitive salary with performance‑based commission Flexible working setup (remote‑friendly) A young, international, and highly motivated team Clear growth path as Guestnet expands across Europe The opportunity to actively shape a product that is defining the future of hospitality If you enjoy building something from the ground up, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to make a real impact in the hospitality world, we look forward to receiving your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
