With industrial plants across Europe, Africa, and other regions, it is the European leader in the production of phosphates for animal feed.Within Phosphea's portfolio, three complementary product ranges stand out :Evolution – high value-added technical products focused on performance, animal welfare, and precision nutrition (including the innovative HumIPHORA).Performance – high-quality raw materials for feed formulations.Essential – essential macromineral solutions.Your MissionAs Country Manager / Technical Sales Manager for Italy, you will report to the Southern Europe Area Manager and be responsible for managing and developing all Phosphea product ranges in the Italian market, with a focus on swine and poultry.You will be the sole company representative in Italy, taking on a strategic and autonomous role, leading both the commercial and technical development of Phosphea in the country.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Phosphea's commercial strategy in Italy for all three product ranges.Manage relationships with key industry players : feed manufacturers (core clients), integrators, premix producers, and distributors.For the Evolution range : engage with clients' technical departments to offer evidence-based solutions, deliver presentations, and coordinate trials.For the Essential and Performance ranges : liaise with purchasing managers, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure client satisfaction.Conduct market analysis (competition, opportunities, trends, and regulations).Coordinate technical and commercial actions in collaboration with central support teams.Represent Phosphea at trade fairs and professional events.RequirementsDegree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.Residence in Italy (mandatory).Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales within the animal nutrition sector (swine and / or poultry).Strong ability to work independently and strategically.Professional level of English or French.Willingness to travel throughout Italy.What We Offer100% remote work (home office).Competitive compensation package : fixed salary + performance-based bonus.Company car.Health insurance and flexible working hours.A dynamic and collaborative company culture, with an international and innovative outlook.Why Join Phosphea?Because this is more than just a commercial position :It's an opportunity to lead the development of a national market, represent a leading brand in animal nutrition, and become an ambassador of Phosphea's technical innovation in Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
