A testimonianza del nostro impegno verso l’eccellenza e il riconoscimento internazionale, due dei nostri resort fanno parte della prestigiosa Autograph Collection by Marriott, mentre uno è affiliato alla raffinata Curio Collection by Hilton.Stiamo cercando per la stagione estiva 2026 un Guest Experience Manager da inserire nelle nostre strutture in Sicilia.La risorsa ideale accoglie e assiste gli ospiti durante tutto il loro soggiorno, garantendo un servizio personalizzato e un’esperienza di alto livello. È il punto di riferimento per richieste speciali, informazioni, reclami o esigenze particolari, contribuendo alla fidelizzazione del cliente e alla reputazione dell’hotel.Responsabilità:- Accoglienza clienti all’arrivo- Partecipazione ai morning meeting- Gestione dello staff guest experience (pianificazione turni, assegnazione tasks, motivazione del team)- Gestione dei complaint- Gestione staff resort/aeroporto- Promozione escursioni- Gestione fornitori delle escursioni- Comunicazione e gestione della prenotazione dei ristoranti e delle escursioni- Gestione corrispondenza mail- Gestione operativa gruppi- Gestione cassa ed emissione voucherRequisiti:- Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e francese- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo guest experience preferibilmente in hotel 4-5 stelle- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.- Padronanza degli strumenti informatici e dei software gestionali alberghieri.- Problem solving, empatia e orientamento al cliente.- Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e giorni festivi.Cosa si offre:- Tipologia di contratto: stagionale- Possibilità di alloggio- Vitto garantito (1€ al giorno)- Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno dell'azienda- Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo- Formazione continua e possibilità di partecipare a corsi di aggiornamento
