For our Energy Solutions Business Unit, which is growing rapidly across all segments (BESS, Lithium DC, Stationary, GF), we are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the success of a booming market. Role Mission Handling customer requests and anticipating them, supporting the business with a proactive, solution-oriented approach throughout the entire lifecycle of orders, processes, and projects. This includes collaboration with all internal and external company functions in Italy and across Europe, in a consolidated organization with multiple businesses experiencing strong growth.Main Tasks: Support customer needs and requests. Provide information on delivery dates and battery availability. Monitor forecasts, orders, deliveries, and invoicing for customers. Collect statistical data to support the forecasting process (Manugistics). Manage warranties and transport damages. Implement new customer requirements. Support other company functions. Attend trade fairs for prospecting and networking. Set up price lists in the system. Enter and confirm orders (EDI and manual). Monitor overdue payments. Manage the Customer Masterfile. Handle export documentation and procedures. Support new business start-up activities. Apply leadership and problem-solving skills. Manage relationships, delays, and objections effectively. Collaborate and work as part of a team.Requirements: Degree in Languages or Economics (other paths considered with solid experience). 4–5 years of experience in a similar company and market knowledge. Excellent command of MS Office Suite. Fluent English (spoken and written). Previous experience in Customer Service. Strong communication skills, customer focus, and results orientation.
