Position : Technical Solutions Lead ArchitectSeniority Level : SeniorExperience Required : 5-10 years in enterprise environmentsLocation : Turin, Italy (option TBC: Milan)Contract Type : Permanent, Full-Time Position Overview Next G Cloud seeks a Technical Solutions Lead Architect to serve as a strategic bridge between engineering and enterprise customers. You will lead pre-sales technical engagement, design custom solutions, and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations for target verticals: finance, legal services, public administration, and automotive sectors. This role combines technical leadership with business acumen and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Translate enterprise customer technical requirements into scalable, implementable architectures Design, scope, and manage PoC and pilot projects with customers Create comprehensive solution architecture documentation and deployment guides Provide technical advisory support during customer implementation phase Design compliance-driven solutions meeting GDPR, NIS2, and sector-specific requirements Collaborate with Cloud Architect on standardization of reusable components Participate in customer technical advisory board meetings Identify product gaps and recommend improvement opportunities Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent professional experience 5-10 years of experience in enterprise software solutions architecture Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and system design Solid security and compliance architecture background (GDPR, sector-specific regulations) Proven ability to design tailored solutions balancing innovation and implementability Experience managing customer technical relationships and stakeholder engagement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional-level Italian language skills (spoken and written) Preferred Qualifications Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Expert Background in finance, legal tech, public administration, or automotive sectors Confidential Computing or cybersecurity architecture experience Successful track record of enterprise customer implementations Customer advisory board experience Possibly: NIS2, CRA, AI Act compliance knowledge Soft Skills Strategic thinking with long-term vision Executive-level communication with audience adaptation capability Creative problem-solving within complex constraints Negotiation and stakeholder management ability Pragmatic leadership with results-oriented mindset Business acumen and understanding of economic models Resilience and adaptability to changing requirements Competitive salary (based on expertise and sales-driven track record) Possible eligibility for Employee Stock Option Plan Relocation Package for non-residents in Turin/Italy Flexible working with Italy base + national/European travel for customer engagement Multicultural environment with European focus Networking opportunities with customer C-suite executives and industry leaders #J-18808-Ljbffr
