Per realtà strutturata e in forte crescita nel settore hospitality, ricerchiamo un / una Sales Manager con esperienza nello sviluppo commerciale B2 B e nella gestione di clienti corporate e istituzionali. Obiettivo del ruolo La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e potenziare le attività commerciali, ampliando il portafoglio clienti e consolidando partnership strategiche con aziende, enti e stakeholder, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. Principali responsabilità Gestione e raggiungimento del budget di ricavi Definizione di pricing e politiche commerciali Sviluppo e gestione di clienti chiave e partner B2 B Coordinamento di risorse commerciali e collaborazione con funzioni Marketing e Product Definizione e implementazione di strategie di vendita orientate all’ottimizzazione dell’occupazione e della redditività Gestione dell’intero ciclo di vendita : scouting, negoziazione e chiusura contratti Analisi di mercato, trend e competitor per individuare nuove opportunità di business Costruzione e mantenimento di relazioni con stakeholder istituzionali e corporate Requisiti Laurea Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali nel settore hospitality o servizi B2 B Ottime capacità relazionali, negoziali e di gestione del cliente Forte orientamento ai risultati e approccio imprenditoriale Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (seconda lingua considerata un plus) Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali sul territorio Cosa offre l’azienda Inserimento in un contesto dinamico e in forte espansione Ruolo con elevata autonomia e impatto strategico Coinvolgimento in progetti di sviluppo e crescita #J-18808-Ljbffr
