If you are passionate about delivering excellent service and have the ability to manage client needs effectively, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Provide high-quality service to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Assist clients with troubleshooting, product guidance, and resolving service-related issues. Monitor and follow up on client issues to ensure timely resolution and closure. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience and address service gaps. Handle client feedback, escalations, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. Meet performance goals, including response times, client satisfaction, and issue resolution efficiency. Requirements: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Prior experience in a customer service, client-facing, or support role is desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on finding solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service. Proficiency with common office software (MS Office Suite, CRM tools, etc.).
