Who We’re Looking For Financial Services Treasury FP&A – Within the Treasury Financial Services function, the role oversees Financial Planning, Reporting and Operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning and ReportingAnalyzing current and past financial data and performance Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis Identifying trends in financial performance and recommending improvements Analyzing cash management, cost of funding, and processing interest calculations of funding transactions Producing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), including intersegment balance, and performing variance analysis to identify causes of unexpected variance Overseeing and managing the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools in coordination with Finance FS and central Treasury functions Reporting includes presentation of treasury results and projections in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings (liquidity calls, ALM Committee, monthly MOR FS, and Funding Monitors) Constant interaction with other Treasury and Finance functions to update liquidity estimates and actual/forecast reporting Treasury Operations, FSManagement of bank accounts: liaising with banks for opening, closing, ongoing management, and KYC Equity changes (capital injections, dividend distributions): coordinating the entire process from proposal drafting to approval and execution Setup of intercompany loans and deposits in coordination with the central Treasury function FX risk: performing checks regarding exposure and hedging in coordination with Finance and Treasury front-office Due diligence for compliance with FACTA/CRS regulations What We Offer At Iveco Group, we care about our people professionally and personally.
