DescrizionePer un tour operator specializzato in viaggi di lusso su misura in tutta la Sardegna per una clientela internazionale, siamo alla ricerca della figura di Travel Consultant per la sede di Olbia.Responsabilita principaliProgettare itinerari ed esperienze di viaggio personalizzate, in linea con i valori e gli standard aziendali.Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita, seguendo il cliente dalla richiesta iniziale fino alla finalizzazione del pacchetto, garantendo un servizio consulenziale personalizzato.Utilizzare Excel per gestione di preventivi e pianificazione operativa, e strumenti di presentazione per gli itinerari.Gestire relazioni con partner B2B (agenzie, aziende, tour operator) e clienti B2C, garantendo un servizio consulenziale di alto livello.Monitorare e migliorare costantemente la customer journey, proponendo soluzioni innovative per aumentare la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione.Utilizzare strumenti CRM e piattaforme digitali per tracciare performance e ottimizzare il funnel di vendita.Sviluppare nuove proposte commerciali e pacchetti esperienziali in base ai trend di mercato e ai feedback dei clienti.Supportare il team junior nella formazione e nella gestione delle vendite complesse.Profilo del candidatoEsperienza di almeno 3 anni nel settore travel incoming, con focus su progettazione e vendita di viaggi.Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese; ulteriori lingue saranno considerate un plus.Conoscenza approfondita del mercato turistico italiano e internazionale, sia B2B che B2C.Ottima conoscenza del territorio italiano in particolar modo della Sardegna.Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Excel (formule, analisi dati) e strumenti di presentazione (Power Point, Canva).Forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di analisi dei dati di vendita e conversione.Ottime competenze comunicative, relazionali e di negoziazione.Familiarità con strumenti digitali (CRM, piattaforme di booking).Offerta di lavoroOttima opportunità di carriera.#J-18808-Ljbffr
