Lead Commissioning Operation & Maintenance EngineerJoin to apply for the Lead Commissioning Operation & Maintenance Engineer role at ClarineT Quality Services LLP Descrizione Del RuoloGarantire le interfacce con il team di costruzione (HSE, ingegneria di costruzione, gestione dei materiali del cantiere, controllo qualità, supervisione della costruzione e messa in servizio e avviamento) e assisterlo secondo necessità Gestire le query del cantiere, inclusa la sostituzione dei materiali. Confronto ufficio tecnico di sede o il team di ingegneria del cantiere quando necessario per garantire le risposte tecniche. Tenere traccia delle modifiche e delle aggiunte apportate ai documenti a seguito di esigenze di costruzione fino alla preparazione dei disegni “as built” Verificare la conformità e la congruenza della documentazione tecnica ricevuta dall’ ufficio tecnico di sede mettendola a disposizione del Soprintendente alla Disciplina Garantire l\'analisi delle non conformità ingegneristiche, dei materiali e costruttive riscontrate in cantiere assicurando il coinvolgimento ufficio tecnico di sede nella definizione e approvazione delle azioni correttive Analizzare gli aspetti tecnici delle fattibilità, fornendo informazioni sull\'effettiva disponibilità in cantiere di documenti e materiali Inviare, per approvazione, all’ ufficio tecnico di sede le modifiche progettuali proposte prima di eseguire i lavori Area di competenza: Progetti in cantieri italiani con Ingegneria di campo Interfaccia con i Subappaltatori Italiani Familiarità nelle interfacce con eventuali aspetti legati ai permessi Esperienze Lavorative e CompetenzeMinimo 5 anni di esperienza Lingua italiana Buona capacità analitica, buone capacità comunicative, flessibilità, orientamento al problem solving, capacità di prendere decisioni, buona gestione del tempo e delle priorità.
