Il/la candidato/a entrerà in un team giovane e dinamico. Si ricerca un profilo appassionato e collaborativo, che voglia sviluppare le proprie competenze in un ambiente raffinato e stimolante per garantire un’esperienza personalizzata e di qualità agli Ospiti, andando oltre le aspettative. Responsabilità Seguire le indicazioni fornite dal Pastry Chef Preparazione di tutti i prodotti da pasticceria Supervisione del team Mantenimento dell'igiene e della sicurezza nel rispetto della normativa HACCP Conoscere e rispettare le norme di sicurezza della struttura Il profilo ideale Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo e conoscenza delle tecniche di pasticceria Conoscenza norme HACCP e sicurezza sul lavoro con attestati aggiornati Capacità di lavorare efficacemente sotto pressione Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti Puntualità Gradita ma non indispensabile la conoscenza di tecniche di panificazione Forte cultura aziendale e atteggiamento propositivo Auto/moto munito con residenza nelle zone limitrofe Si offre Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale Eventuale vitto e alloggio condiviso per i dipendenti fuori sede Uniforme aziendale e lavanderia uniformi a carico dell’azienda Training e Formazione obbligatoria Staff Rate dedicata nelle strutture della compagnia Rcollection Staff Rate dedicate negli Hotels Small Luxury Hotels of the World Riporta a: EXECUTIVE CHEF E PASTRY CHEF Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Hospitality Refs increase your chances of interviewing at Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort, Small Luxury Hotels by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
